Spring Valley Senior Living's newest addition is the Evergreens.

The Evergreens is a flexible living community of 20 units.  The units are 700 and 900 sq ft depending upon a one bedroom or a two bedroom unit. 

The Evergreens is a registered housing with services building offering
choices for the older adult that wants to spend more of their time enjoying life.

There are two different size units available:

• 1 Bedroom -   Deluxe  700 square feet
• 2 Bedroom -   Deluxe   900 square feet with hook ups for in-room                          laundry
• Garages are available for a monthly fee

The views from the Evergreens includes a City Park and public walking Trail as well as having a big back yard for future gardens.  The second floor views also include the Kingsland Football field and the activity of Highway 63 and 16.
